4. Scheduling and Arrival Windows
Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability, service type, location, staffing, and other business needs.
Appointment times may be arrival windows rather than exact start times. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, job conditions, staffing, previous appointments, or other unexpected delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, access instructions, parking information, and any details needed for our team to complete the service.
5. Access to the Property
Customers are responsible for making sure we can safely access the property at the scheduled time.
Access instructions may include:
- Door codes
- Lockbox information
- Gate codes
- Alarm instructions
- Parking instructions
- Key pickup details
- Contact person information
- Pet instructions
If we cannot access the property, if access is delayed, or if conditions prevent us from safely completing the service, a lockout fee, cancellation fee, rescheduling fee, or minimum service charge may apply.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, or lockout fees may apply if notice is not provided within the required timeframe.

Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking, on the invoice, or in a separate agreement.
We may accept payment by cash, check, credit card, online invoice, ACH, or other approved payment methods.
Depending on the service and customer relationship, payment may be required:

- After service
- On a recurring schedule
- According to invoice terms
Failed payments, late payments, or returned payments may result in late fees, paused service, collection activity, or cancellation of future appointments.
8. Recurring Cleaning Services
Recurring cleaning may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, triweekly, monthly, or on another agreed schedule, depending on availability.
Recurring service pricing may depend on frequency. If appointments are skipped, paused, canceled, or changed, pricing may be adjusted.
If a recurring customer skips service or changes frequency, the next cleaning may require additional time or an adjusted price.
Recurring services may be paused or canceled according to the terms provided at booking, in writing, or in a separate customer agreement.
9. Satisfaction Policy
Anytime Cleaning wants customers to be happy with their cleaning service.
If something was missed during your cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of service. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, return to address the missed area or offer another reasonable resolution.
Our satisfaction policy may not apply to:
- Areas outside the agreed scope of work
- Issues reported after the stated timeframe
- Conditions not disclosed before service
- Excessive buildup, damage, mold, biohazards, or unsafe conditions
- Areas we could not access
- Items or surfaces that were already damaged, worn, or deteriorated
- Requests for work not included in the original service

10. Service Limitations and Safety
For the safety of our customers and team, we may decline, limit, or stop service when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the agreed scope of work.
We generally do not provide services involving:
- Biohazards
- Human or animal waste beyond normal cleaning conditions
- Mold remediation
- Pest infestations
- Hoarding conditions
- Fire or smoke damage restoration
- Blood or bodily fluids
- Hazardous chemicals
- Heavy lifting
- Moving large furniture or appliances
- High ladder work
- Exterior windows, unless specifically agreed
- Dangerous surfaces or unstable structures
- Firearms, medications, valuables, or private documents
We may also decline to clean areas that are unsafe, inaccessible, or likely to cause damage.
11. Pets
Customers are responsible for securing pets as needed before service.
If a pet is aggressive, highly anxious, or creates an unsafe condition, we may pause, reschedule, or decline service.
Customers should tell us about pets before service and provide any needed instructions.
12. Fragile Items, Valuables, and Personal Items
Customers are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, sentimental, irreplaceable, or private items before service.
This may include:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Collectibles
- Antiques
- Important documents
- Medication
- Firearms
- Electronics
- Family heirlooms
- Fragile decor
- Unstable items
We are not responsible for damage to items that are already broken, loose, improperly installed, unstable, worn, or in poor condition.
13. Damage or Breakage
If you believe damage or breakage occurred during service, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
We may request photos, details, or access to review the issue.
Anytime Cleaning will review reported concerns in good faith. Resolution may depend on the facts, documentation, condition of the item, service scope, and applicable insurance or business policies.
14. Photos and Documentation
We may take photos or notes when needed for business, quality control, service documentation, damage documentation, before-and-after examples, training, or customer support.
We aim to avoid showing private or sensitive information.
We will not knowingly use customer-identifying photos for public marketing without permission where required.
15. Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to the terms stated with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Offers may be available to new customers only
- Offers may require a minimum service amount
- Offers may require recurring service
- Offers may not be combined with other discounts
- Offers may be limited by service area or schedule availability
- Offers may expire or change at any time
- Discounts may be applied across one or more visits
